Greatest achievement – My greatest achievement is taking a very talented horse who had been in a real mess both mentally and physically to the point where he was confident and comfortable to compete at advanced level. Having taken him out non-competitively with good scores at advanced medium to gain his confidence, and just about ready for PSG, he had a freak accident at home and we ended up losing him. Extremely sad, but we had a great partnership to remember.
Favourite competition venue – Locally I enjoy riding at Beaver Hall and Eland Lodge; as well as being super venues for the horses, they both have fab tack shops and, obviously most importantly, they do great homemade cakes! Further afield I like Keysoe and Hartpury.
Favourite horse you’ve ever ridden – My current boy, Fonz- he’s such fun!
Favourite horse you’ve not ridden – My three-year-old, Fergus- I will be riding him soon though!
