During the current challenging and uncertain times of Covid-19 we would like to reassure our customers that we are still operating as normal. Whilst our staff are working from home to keep them safe, our phones lines are open if you need to discuss your insurance, make a claim, renew your policy or get a quote. Providing the highest level of customer service has always been at the forefront of our business and that continues to be our top priority during this time.

What can we do to help you?

We appreciate that you may have questions or concerns about your insurance and, for some of you, your insurance requirements may have changed. We remain committed to ensuring that we provide our customers with appropriate cover and are working closely with our Underwriters to put in place policy adjustments to help you, where possible. If you are concerned about meeting monthly payments on your policy, then we are happy to look at your policy coverage and discuss options with you. Our finance provider, Premium Credit, are also able to review cases on an individual basis when required.

What can you do online?

One of the quickest ways to get a quote or submit a claim is online. A number of our insurance products, including horse policies, are available to purchase through our online quote and buy. For our remaining products we provide online quote request forms, where a member of the team will aim to get a quote back to you within the next working day of your form submission.

For veterinary fee , mortality and personal accident claims, you can complete a claim form online, including submitting relevant documents; these are then sent straight to our claims team for review. Our claims procedure page also provides helpful information, including a 4-step guide on submitting a claim.
