Our Teams
Claims Team – Knowledgeable and caring individuals make up our Claims Team. They are first port of call when our policyholders need help and work professionally to resolve and settle claims as quickly as possible. With the majority of the claims we see being for horses directly, specifically for vet fee claims, the team liaise effectively with vets and empathetically with policyholders, so they can concentrate solely on looking after their horse.
New Business – the team specialise in quoting and incepting policies across our whole product range including horse, liability and motor. They are on hand to guide our clients through the onboarding process focusing on making it a smooth and efficient experience. Whether you’ve purchased a new horse, want to discuss liability insurance for an equestrian business or wish to obtain a quote for your horsebox and breakdown cover, our knowledgeable and experienced team are here to help guide you every step of the way to finding a suitable insurance solution for your needs.
Existing Business – colleagues in this team have equine backgrounds who truly understand the highs and lows of horse ownership and are on hand to guide clients through the renewal process, discussing their insurance needs to ensure cover remains appropriate for them. The team are also responsible for supporting clients with mid-term changes, cancellations and payment queries across our extensive product range. Whether you need to add a new horsebox to an existing policy, adjust your horse’s veterinary fee cover or amend your liability limits, our experts are on hand to guide you through the onward steps.
Location
Based in the rural village of Peasemore (Newbury, Berkshire), the office was previously an American barn which has been converted to comfortable offices including air conditioning and an air re-circulation system. We are all based here together where most of the team opt to split their time between the office and home working.
We love our rural location, but being part of a wider group based in London allows us to get the best of both worlds with our parent company SRG. We regularly have the opportunity to attend events throughout the year at their office (or a chosen hotspot), to network and expand our knowledge with other like-minded individuals.
