  1. The Promoter is KBIS British Equestrian Insurance.
  2. By entering this prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. The prize includes the following and there is no cash alternative:
    • One cross country lesson with Tom Rowland to be held on a mutually agreeable date and time at Aston le Walls Equestrian Centre. Transportation and expenses are not included.
    • One KBIS branded Thermatex rug and one branded fleece gilet.

  4. The draw is only open to persons aged 18 years or over who complete the form for KBIS British Equestrian Insurance.
  5. The prize draw is not open to employees of KBIS British Equestrian Insurance, Specialist Risk Group Limited, or any entities that are part of Specialist Risk Group Limited, or their direct family members, or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the draw and their direct family members.
  6. We will accept only one entry per email address.
  7. The prize draw closes at 23:59 on Sunday 12th May 2024.
  8. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received and they will be notified by email on Tuesday 14th May 2024 as well as being announced on the KBIS British Equestrian Insurance social media channels.
  9. The Promoter’s decision on any matter relating to these rules will be final and legally binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.
  10. If the winner cannot be traced within six months of the prize draw date after reasonable efforts have been made, the prize will no longer be available to those winners and another name will be drawn by the Promoter.
  11. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
  12. Entry is free and there is no purchase requirement.
  13. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are delayed, damaged, mislaid or illegible.
  14. By entering into this prize draw you agree that the Promoter is not liable for: any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever suffered in connection with the prize draw (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, income or goodwill), the use of any prize or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter or affiliates, save for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including fraud, gross negligence or for death or personal injury said to be caused by the Promoter).
  15. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the prize at any time without notice if circumstances outside our control make this necessary.
  16. By entering the competition, entrants permit KBIS British Equestrian Insurance, its agents and suppliers, to process, hold and use personal information to administer this prize draw.
  17. No personal data or information will be processed other than for the administration of the prize draw and for future marketing communications if the entrant has opted in to receiving these.
  18. The prize draw terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
