KBIS has been the official insurance providers to the British Driving Society for the past nine years and during this time we have sponsored classes at both their annual show, held at Smiths Lawn in Windsor Great Park and at the Driving Addington show.

The Annual show, which is held in June, is the society’s largest show with over forty classes ranging from World and Rare Breeds, to the Hackney Championships and the Young Driver Championships. For the last five years, we have been proud to sponsor the Hackney type as well as the Pairs and Multiples class. It is always a pleasure to attend the show and watch the carriage driving – the turnout and standard are always exceptional.

The British Driving Society was formed in 1957 with the aim to encourage and assist those interested in carriage driving, whether for pleasure, competing, driving singles, pairs or multiples. The society also runs a proficiency test programme, which is respected worldwide as a basis for safe driving.
