Introducing KBIS Bits and Pieces
KBIS have a new edition to their event team in the form of the 10-year-old Skewbald gelding KBIS Bits and Pieces (Bits). The Irish sports horse has just completed his first BE event at Ascott under Wychowood, finishing on his dressage score of 30.5 to take 4th place in the BE90.
Bits is currently being ridden by local rider Claire Matheson but will soon be heading back down to Exeter in order that he can be with his owner Emma Prest (daughter of KBIS owners Guy and Liz Prest) who is currently studying at Exeter University.
While based in Exeter Emma and Bits will have the help of young rider Alex Grinstead who has had much success in the KBIS u18 series over the last couple of years. Alex will take on the ride of Bits at his next few outings, starting with another BE90 at West Wilts in June.
We will keep you up to date on Bit's progress through the season on our news page as well as our facebook page.
