KBIS continue their sponsorship of Para Rider Alex McNamara

 

KBIS sponsored rider Alex McNamaraKBIS are pleased to announce that they will be continuing their support of para rider, Alex McNamara, into 2012. This will be the third year KBIS have sponsored Alex, who competes at both Para and able bodied dressage, as well para showjumping.

 

This year Alex will have three main horses to compete, Rubinhall and Cappelano, who both competed successfully throughout 2011, including placings at the Winter Championships, Hickstead Premier League, Hartpury CPEDI and the Nationals, and new ride Louis, a seven year old hanovarian from Germany., who Alex has very high hopes for.

 

Based in Lincolnshire Alex has a disability called Hemiplegia, a form of cerebral palsy, and took to para dressage in 2002. Over the last five years Alex has benefitted from inclusion onto the World Class Start and Potential programme and now has a dedicated team behind him leading into 2012.
