Izzy has her Baby!

Izzy Taylor gave birth to a baby boy on Wednesday 7th July in the early hours of the morning, weighing a very healthy 9lb 9. Named Freddie George Smith he was soon on his way home to Chipping Norton with mum Izzy and proud father event rider Oli Smith later that morning.

 

Not one to stay out of action for long, Izzy was spotted out and about at Barbury Castle Horse Trials just three days later and was back on a horse by Monday!

 

Said Izzy ‘ I thought I would start back on a good old faithful Thistledown Poposki, who was an angel until we had finished working and just as I was walking out the school on a loose rein he did a good old spook. Thought he would test the system which luckily didn’t fail!’

 

With Freddie doing well, Izzy says it is good to be back working and on a horse currently busy making plans for the rest of the season she hope to take KBIS Starchaser (Star) out for his first run at Carlton Horse Trials at the end of July.
