Kbis Equestrian Liability
Kbis are delighted to announce a new Equestrian Liability Insurance Scheme. The Scheme which is underwritten by Great Lakes (UK) plc (a Top Rated Insurer - see http://www.greatlakes.co.uk) allows KBIS to offer an excellent range of cover at competitive prices for most equestrian establishments.
Cover options include:
- Employers Liability – Providing cover for your business in respect of Accident, Sickness or Disease Claims made by your employees as a result of your negligence. Policy Limit of Indemnity £10,000,000.
- Public Liability - Providing cover in respect of Third Party Property Damage or Third Party Negligence as a result of your business’ negligence. Policy Limits of Indemnity available at £1,000,000 / £2,000,000 / £5,000,000.
- Care, Custody & Control – Providing cover for horses not owned by the business but under the Care, Custody or Control of the business (such as Full Time or Working Liveries) in respect of Injury or Death to the horse as a result of your Business’ negligence. Benefits are paid for Veterinary Fees or the Market Value of the horse in the event of its death up to the limit purchased. Limits of Indemnity available £10,000 / £25,000 / £50,000 per horse, £100,000 in the policy period.
- Specific Extensions – Extensions for Public Liability are available. Standard policy extensions for Shows at your premises, Facility Hire to 3rd Parties and livestock at the premises are available. Underwriters can agree most Non-Standard extensions for Public Liability within 24 hours if we do not already have rates.
