Claims Procedure

In the event that you may need to make a claim on your policy we have set out a simple 4 Step Guide for you to follow.

 

The guide will help to ensure that you have complied with the terms of your policy with regards to claims notification. It is important to adhere to these conditions as failure to do so may prejudice your position with underwriters.

Even if you are unsure that the incident will lead to a claim it is important to notify the office as soon as possible after the incident has occurred.

1. Initial Notification

If an incident occurs that could lead to a claim at a later date you should contact our office by telephone as soon as possible. Please use one of the numbers below to do this.

2. Obtain a claim form

If you have contacted our office we will arrange to send you a claim form by post including a free post envelope. If you have not received your claim form or would like one sooner please follow the links below to download the relevant form.

3. Collate all necessary information

In order for us to process your claim in the most efficient manner it is important that we have all of the relevant documentation to enable us & the Underwriters to consider the claim in its entirety.

4. Send the completed claim form and any documentation to KBIS.

Please note that we are unable to give any indication whether a claim is likely to be paid without the completed claim form and invoices.
